According to witnesses, a woman was walking her dog along a sidewalk when two dogs broke loose from their yard and attacked her. According to neighbor Albert Reyes, the dogs were biting her on the head, arms, and legs.
Reyes said he attempted to help her, but one of the dogs bit him on the ankle.
Police responded to the scene and were required to shoot and kill one of the dogs, but were able to capture the other in a nearby back yard.
